We have a strict no return policy, this is because our items are all digital and due to the nature of the product. It is impossible for you to return it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digitals (such as bible journaling kits, digital art items, digital stickers, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at jade@etchedbyfaith.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
