Nothing with happen, and no one needs to know. Cover it up with a sticker and move on. I make mistakes on almost all my journaling pages. But as Bob Ross would say, "they're happy accidents". I have gotten really good at hiding my happy accidents now. Sometimes I cut a strip of paper or tear or paper and glue over it, stick washi tape over it, paint over it or I put a printable or a sticker over it.

The Bible I journal in is ONLY for Bible Journaling. I don't study from it. I have other Bibles that I study from and read from.
